SOUL CARE MINISTRY
The main aim of Soul Care Ministry is to care and support orphans, widows and widowers living within Michiru catchment area and are members of Michiru CCAP.
However, we intend to reach out to others who are not members of Michiru CCAP.
BRIEF BACKGROUNG OF SOUL CARE MINISTRY
Soul Care Ministry started on 20th November 2010 at Michiru CCAP; and 34 children attended. The Ministry was officially launched on 27th November 2010 by the church Moderator, Rev. R. Mangisa. On this day, 54 children, and 21 widows attended.
WHAT SOUL CARE MINISTRY DOES
Soul Care Ministry looks after orphans, widows and widowers; and currently the committee looks after 60 orphans, 23 widows and 5 widowers.
On the other hand, the Ministry looks after widows and widowers by giving each one of them the basic needs like food every month.
